Ordering a bespoke cake is simple. From your first message to the moment you taste the first slice — here's exactly how it works.
Send Paulina a message via WhatsApp, email or the website. Tell us about your event — the date, occasion, number of guests, and any design ideas or inspiration photos. Don't worry if you're not sure yet — we'll help you decide!
Paulina will discuss your vision and create a personalised design and quote. For wedding cakes, we can arrange a tasting session so you can sample flavours before deciding. Every detail is agreed in writing before we proceed.
Once you're happy with the design and quote, pay your non-refundable booking deposit (£50 minimum, or 50% for orders over £200) to secure your date. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Your cake is handcrafted from scratch in the days before your event using the freshest ingredients. Collect from our Chingford studio, or we'll deliver and set up at your venue anywhere across London.
The sooner you book, the more likely we can accommodate your preferred date. Popular dates fill up quickly — especially during wedding season and around Christmas.
