A good number are collected rather than delivered, because people are ten minutes away, and a fair few are last-minute because someone knows they can just ask.

Yes. We make vegan and gluten free cakes with the same designs and finishes as everything else, usually with a small supplement. Everything is baked in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, wheat, dairy and egg, so we label clearly but cannot promise an item is free from all traces.
